Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of MTG Relics Tools. By creating an account, using the tools, or subscribing to the Pro plan, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18, subscribing to and using the service must take place with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian.

MTG Relics Tools brings together digital tools related to Magic: The Gathering, including, subject to availability, Relics Score, Buyer Advisor, Relics Binder (collection management and event preparation), Relics AI, Life Counter, and Life Counter Multiplayer.

Some features may be in beta, being integrated, or under development. Availability and applicable limits are shown in the interface before use or subscription.

Magic: The Gathering and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. MTG Relics Tools is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

4. Account and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity on your account.
• Your account is personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Suspected unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately.

5. Plans, prices, and billing

Free plan

Includes Relics Score Basic, Relics Binder Basic with limits, Life Counter, Life Counter Multiplayer, and 1 Standard question per day in Relics AI, with the features and limits shown in the interface. Relics mode in AI is reserved for Pro. Relics Score and Relics Binder features and limits vary between the Basic and Pro options.

Pro plan

Relics Score Pro features, including cloud storage and a higher evaluation limit, the higher limits of Relics Binder Pro, and the additional Relics AI allowances are subject to the availability and limits shown in the interface before subscribing.

This is a monthly subscription with automatic renewal. The price, currency, applicable taxes, and billing interval are displayed at checkout before confirmation. For international customers, your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion fees or its own fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe. MTG Relics does not store your full card number or security code.

If a payment fails, Pro access may be limited or suspended until the issue is resolved through the Customer Portal.

6. Cancellation, renewal, and withdrawal

You can cancel your subscription at any time through My account → Manage subscription. Unless the portal states otherwise or the law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no further renewal.

There is no prorated refund for the current period, except when required by applicable law or when MTG Relics acknowledges an incorrect charge.

Brazilian consumers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal for online contracts, including within the applicable legal period, by requesting cancellation and a refund by email at mtgrelics@gmail.com.

7. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• use the service for fraud, abuse, infringement of rights, or illegal activity;
• attempt to access unauthorized accounts, data, systems, or areas;
• interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service;
• automate bulk extraction, resell access, or copy the service without authorization;
• submit malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.

Access may be suspended to protect the service or investigate abuse, with notice to the user where possible and appropriate.

8. Information, estimates, and liability

Analyses of cards, prices, authenticity, demand, rules, and markets are informational tools intended to support users. They do not constitute an expert report, a guarantee of authenticity, a promise of appreciation in value, an investment recommendation, or financial advice.

Third-party prices and data may vary, be delayed, or become unavailable. Before buying, selling, or evaluating a card, users should check sources, physical condition, printing, language, finish, provenance, and other relevant factors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

The MTG Relics identity, service design, original text, evaluation systems, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable law. Use of an account does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

Card images, names, and data may belong to third parties and are used within the limits permitted by their respective sources and rights holders.

10. Availability and changes

We may perform maintenance, fix errors, improve features, or discontinue functionality. When a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will seek to provide reasonable advance notice.

These Terms may be updated for operational, legal, or security reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the interface or the registered email address and will apply prospectively, subject to applicable rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Consumers retain the right to bring claims before the legally competent courts of their place of residence and to any mandatory protections in the jurisdiction where they reside.

Questions, requests, cancellations, refunds, or complaints may be sent to mtgrelics@gmail.com. Include your account email and a clear description of your request; never send your password or full card number.
